CATEGORIES AND events
U18 (year of birth 2009 – 2010) – long jump
U16 (year of birth 2011 – 2012) – long jump
U14 (year of birth 2013 – 2014) – long jump
U12 (year of birth 2015 – 2016) – long jump
Restriction: The long jump competition is limited by capacity. A total of 8 competitors per club can compete. Maximum 1 male and 1 female competitor per category per club. After the entry deadline, the time schedule for all events will be adjusted according to the number of entries. Organizer Athletika Košice o.z. reserves the right to enter competitors without capacity limitation.
ENTRIES
Entries deadline is on Tuesaday, May 19th 2025 by 20:00 CEST. Slovak competitors are entering via Slovak athletics federation portal.
International applicants should register exclusively via email address: kids@jumpfest.sk. The registration of a foreign competitor is valid only after approval by the organizer.
ENTRY FEE
10,- € per competitor
MEASURING EQUIPMENT
Use of certified measuring equipment: long jump will be measured with a certified wind gauge only in members category. Measurement of long jump performances in all categories will be measured by tape.
OFFICE
The competition office is open until the end of the competition. The presentation will start at 7.30 am and will be closed at 8.00 am. On the day of the competition, corrections or additions, changes to the original entries will not be possible!
warm up
During the race, competitors can warm up in the small park next to St. Elizabeth Cathedral.
bib’s
There will not be Bib’s.
changing rooms
There will be separate tents for changing only. The organiser is not responsible for items left in the changing rooms, in the grandstands or in the sports area.

Start lists and results will be available online at the presentation and online at https://statistika.atletika.sk/kalendar/vysledky
awards
The top three “Members” competitors in each event will be awarded a certificate and t-shirt.
PROTESTs
Protests concerning the results or arising during the competition in any event must be made verbally to the Chief Referee of the event immediately, and no later than 30 minutes after the official announcement of the results of that event on the notice board (Rule No. 8 of the World Athletics Technical Rules).
An appeal against the decision of the Head Referee of a event may be made in writing within 30 minutes after the official announcement of the Head Referee’s decision (Rule No. 8 of the Technical Rules of World Athletics).
The appeal, together with a deposit of €10, shall be submitted to the Chief Event Referee and shall be finally decided by a three-member Jury.
MEDICAL SERVICE
A medical service will be available at the venue throughout the event. Contact will be at the competition office.
TECHNICal regulations
- Competitors must start in competition clothes (in accordance with the rules).
- Presentation of competitors for the event ends 15 minutes before the start of the event, directly at the competition venue and directly to the Chief Event Referee.
- Competitors may only warm up during the race on the areas (places) designated for this purpose.
- Only competitors, designated officials and referees have access to the competition venue.
Victory ceremony will be immediately after the end of the event for all categories.
TRANSPORT AND ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation and transport costs are not covered by an organizer.
